I’ve led finance across large, complex organisations, reshaped functions, built teams, and supported major change, from transformation and integration to performance improvement. I’m at my best when partnering with leaders to simplify complexity, connect numbers to decisions, and keep the organisation moving at pace.

My leadership style is high support and high challenge. I expect ownership and real-world insight, and I create a safe, collaborative environment where people can speak up, experiment, and grow into business leaders who happen to be brilliant with numbers.
